OUR CURRENT RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Rentals rates are quoted in Euros and based on one full week Saturday toSaturday. We also accept U.S. Dollars and Sterling. Rates are per cottage not per person. Electricity, heating and use of all linens are included in your rate. Monthly rates are 10% less than the weekly rates x4. There is a surcharge for holidays. Prices are subject to change, but guaranteed once your deposit is received.

After receiving your booking form, we can hold your space for 7 days, upon which time a deposit of 33% is due. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation fees apply and are detailed in our booking form.

Checks should be made payable to Mary Bradley and mailed to 3310 N. Bell Ave. Chicago, IL 60618 USA. Currently credit cards are not accepted.
