Rentals rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and based on one full week Saturday to
Saturday. We also accept Euros. Rates are per cottage not per person. Electricity, heating and use of
all linens are included in your rate. Monthly rates are
10% less than the weekly rates x
4. There is a surcharge for holidays. Shorter stays are available on request. Prices are subject to change, but guaranteed once your deposit is received.
Contact us if you are interested in reserving space and we will be glad to check
availability and send you a booking form.
After receiving your booking form, we can hold your space for
7 days, upon which time a deposit of 33% is due. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation fees apply and are detailed in our booking form.
Checks should be made payable to Mary
Bradley and mailed to 3310 N. Bell Ave. Chicago, IL 60618 USA. Currently credit
cards are not accepted.
